Created for the perfect in your own way event. Feel free to use any of our equipment and little bits and pieces to help you creating that magical energy. We have a few for you.

Healing, nourishing, mother-like, home-like space where you get to truly LUV yourself.

come to our regular classes and special events & workshops. or Hire any of two rooms in our space and write your symphony in your own way.

We offer regular classes (one off or sets) for you to enjoy consistency and variety and you can find many workshops and special events to add to your routine.

We are also open to hire if you wish to create your event in your unique way. We ask to keep plants and furniture in places and rest is up to you, you can create whatever feels right and resonates.

We luv collaborations and believe in helping one another. If you are thinking to hold regular classes with us let us know. We are open to anything new. Life is a flow and we like to flow with it 💚

Luv Yourself is a homelike space in East London with it’s beautiful energy, carried in the heart and created to welcome events and spiritual practices. For you to feel at home when holding your space. We are happy to care for this unique studio after Wonderful Things have set the vibration just right.

We are here to make your event as special as you are. With our set up you can hold your event in a way you need. We are accessible and care for the nature as it is our home and don’t be surprised to see some of our events happening outside when weather permits. Our space energy is very important to us and we only welcome practices which help to evolve and nourish the body and soul. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any booking within 24 hours of the reservation, if we feel that event does not resonate with our believes.

We welcome you from 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Space ONE - Yogic vibe downstairs space - equipped for 40 people (fits 46, more equipment is coming)

Space TWO - Industrial vibe 1st floor space - equipped for 20 people

Can be booked in addition to main reservation or on it’s own (equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge, sink, serving plates and bowls and cutlery).

We ask for full upfront payment, which can be refunded if event is more than a month ahead. After this point bookings becomes non-refundable and non-changeable. Please check our Studio hire terms & Conditions here.

    Arriving by public transport:
    Canning Town station (DLR and Jubilee line) - 5 mins walk
    Royal Victoria station (DLR) - 5 mins walk from
    Custom House station (DLR and Elizabeth line) - 15 mins walk or buses 474 and 147 (check your route beforehand)

  • We are happy to offer both. Our space has two rooms with different vibes and you can hire any of them.

    In addition we ran regular classes for you to enjoy a consistency. Check our Class Sets and special events and workshops. Dive into a variety of practices which care for body, mind and soul and and grow that Self Luv.

  • We have space right outside of the entrance for you to offload, however we do not have free parking. You can find some spots on nearby roads and park for up to 4 hours. Or park at Holiday Inn just around the corner at a rate of £10 for 24 hours (paid at the hotel).

  • We are staff-free space, but we are often around. We will do our best to meet you before the event and show you around and you are free to lead it your way during the event. This helps us to keep the costs down so you can enjoy better rates.

  • Please make sure that you include all the necessary setting up and cleaning time when placing a reservation to make sure you leave on time. And allow next event to start on time as well.

  • We luv the vibe of candles and incenses, please fee free to use them. We went a bit beyond and brought some incense sticks from Bali for you to have this magical energy during your practices. You are welcome to use them, they are located on the main bench with pillows.

  • Yes, we have take them especially for you, to make things a bit easier. They are attached to your booking confirmation email. Please feel free to use any of our pictures from the Instagram account and of course tag us in.

    • We do not provide catering services and yet we are equipped with a built-in bar table and an additional table for you to enjoy food and/or snacks

    • If you decide to bring your own food, you can enjoy it on the sofas and chairs at the entrance (next to the water cooler and vending machine) as well as bar table area inside of the main space

    • You can additionally hire the mezzanine 1st floor Industrial vibe space.

    • While we welcome food for you to enjoy it inside of the studio, please be mindful and protect floor/walls/fittings/furniture from stains as they will be charged as per our Studio hire terms and conditions below

  • We don’t add events to the website, apart from those which take place on a regular basis. As that would make the website a bit overcrowded and yet we are here to support each other. Please feel free to invite us as a collaborator when posting about your event on Instagram.

  • We luv our mother nature and ask you to separate rubbish using recycling and general waste bins. We try our best to help our planet, we recycle, donate 1% to plant trees and another 1% to our Not-for-profit Luv Yourself to grow our community of healthy and luving souls.

  • Our Yogic vibe downstairs space is equipped with Bose music system for you to make you events extra special. It provides a superb quality music and is user friendly. You can use our portable speaker for your events held in our upstairs Industrial vibe space.

  • We cherish our energy and allow events which nourish your soul. That means no alcohol or drugs are allowed in our space. We are here to grow and evolve and raise our energy. Please respect our home.
