  • Natalia

    Mother to Kundalini Activation IDA as well as Kundalini Yoga & Reiki master, Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, Fitness Trainer and a Nutritionist and future Yoga Teacher. Mother of 2 young children and a person who connects with the world through the energy and has been working with the body for over 16 years. Deep scientific knowledge combines with extensive practical experience and helps Natalia to continually go through transformation and help others to go through their path called life while being true Selves and discovering inner power, freedom and sexuality.

    Luv Yourself has been born few years ago and continues to grow in various directions. Natalia offers Kundalini Activation Facilitator Trainings, Kundalini Activation sessions, PT routines, crystal healing sessions, sound healing practices and more. And is now happy to share Luv Yourself Space where everyone can re-discover their self Luv.

  • Francesca

    Francesca is passionate about pilates, dancing and yoga. When she was younger, she was doing ballet and contemporary dance and pilates. In 2020, she decided to share her passion for pilates and became qualified as Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Pilates Instructor. Pilates is a form of exercise that tones the body, but also makes it flexible and stretchy, which is important for overall health. Furthermore, there are benefits for mental health too as you focus on the exercises and breathing, bringing a sense of calm to the mind. It is all about feeling good with yourself and having some quality "me time"!

    Since 2021, Francesca also started a spiritual journey that brought her close to reiki and meditation. This journey was pivotal into her life, as it started unfolding a series of events that brought Francesca where she is now.

    Outside of the pilates and spiritual life, Francesca is a scientist working in the cosmetics industry. She is also servant of 2 cats, Elsa and Camillo.

  • Georgina

    Meet Georgina, a vibrant and dedicated yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga. She discovered yoga 10 years ago, after a background in music and dance, finding it to be a powerful source of healing for both body and mind. After experiencing burnout and multiple physical injuries, yoga became a transformative tool for her recovery and well-being. This profound experience inspired her to share yoga’s benefits with others, making it her mission to guide and inspire students on their own journeys.

    Georgina’s classes offer a unique blend of creativity and relaxation. Focusing on creative flows and the integration of music and sound, she creates an environment where students can find both challenge and ease. Her teaching emphasises the essential connection between body, breath, and mind, offering clear instructions and personalised adjustments to suit each individual. Dedicated to making yoga enjoyable and accessible, Georgina strives to ensure that every class is a supportive experience.

  • Mina

    Mina's deeply personal journey and quest to uncover the root causes of life's imbalances have endowed her with extensive knowledge and experience over the years. She holds certifications as a Personal Trainer in EMS from XBody Hungary, as a Breath Coach from Breathmasters Academy, and a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from CNM London. Driven by her curiosity in holistic health and well-being, Mina has been a Transformational Somatic Breathwork Coach, Naturopathic Nutritionist, and Electro-Muscle Stimulation Personal Trainer since 2017.

    As a full-time mother of three children until 2016, Mina honed her exceptional multitasking abilities. This experience inspired her to study the motor-sensory development of babies from birth to age two at the First Step Method Institute. She is already a certified instructor for ages 0-6 and continues to advance her expertise in this field.

    Mina meticulously conducts her Somatic Breathwork sessions and is currently developing an exciting project that integrates all the skills she has acquired and practiced over the years. She is the founder of Humano Melius, which translates from Latin as "Better Human"—a rapidly growing platform that helps people worldwide acquire essential skills to achieve a better version of themselves through overall balance.

    Mina firmly believes that our bodies—physical, emotional, and spiritual—are sacred temples that demand respect and care. She emphasizes understanding the "why" behind our actions, such as exercising and balanced nutrition, and advocates that Somatic Breathwork is key to achieving success.

    Mina holds practices in two languages English and Russian.

  • Alice

    Alice’s yoga’s journey began as a teenager and quickly became passionate about the power of deep breathing and the enhancement of body-mind communication. When she moved to London in her twenties, she explored different styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Scaravelli-inspired yoga. She completed her 500 hrs teacher training with British Wheel of Yoga and her own style developed around classical Hatha with a fluid and creative approach.

    For the last few years, she has balanced being a mother with teaching a wide variety of classes including prenatal, postnatal, baby, toddler and children’s yoga classes.

    Alice’s overall aim is to always make yoga fun, empowering and accessible to everyone.

  • Satori

    Satori is passionate about the movement. Since a very young age he likes to challenge himself, investigating the potential that the human body is able to do. He comes from a family of yoga practitioners, which made him become curious to learn and practice healing arts. Satori completed his first Yoga certification in 2008.

    Satori has travelled to many countries since and continued his professional development, learning additional arts and techniques in this field. He was inspired by the power of these practices, seeing how easily it helps people to calm their anxieties, reducing chronic pain and energising the mind and body.

    In his classes, he likes to offer a safe space for people to discover their potential, supporting them to work with their fears and have fun.

    A part of his weekly classes, Satori will be teaching partner yoga once a month.

    Besides teaching yoga, Satori also is a certified Acroyoga teacher and Massage therapist.

  • Veronika

    Veronika grew up in a family, where spirituality played a big role. Always loved reading and her favourite childhood game was: define a word from kids encyclopaedia!

    She was always thirsty for knowledge so studied one year even at three schools. Spent seven years at music school playing piano and singing in choir and four years in art school with graduation of diploma in sculpture.

    Always had an interest in philosophy and psychology, so graduated B.A of Social Pedagogy&Psychology, with her interest in wellbeing and mental health worked and done academic research in Copenhagen. Later took M.A of Physical Applied education, since sports and physical activities were also a big part of her.

    She found yoga in 2013 what was a tool for her own recovery after car accident. Now shes trained at Ashtanga, Advanced Vinyasa, Advanced Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra and Aerial yoga. As her free time enjoys practising Acro Yoga.

    “I am here for community, for people who are willing to grow mentally, physically and spiritually“.

    She works for community and charity projects, also hosts retreats in Europe.
