Liability and Release Waiver
As far as I am aware, I have disclosed to my Yoga teacher (Pinar Aksu) all information regarding my health relevant to the practice of Yoga during pregnancy, in the course of labour and during the months following childbirth.
• I take full responsibility for all applications of Yoga I may practise outside the yoga classes during my pregnancy, in labour and after giving birth.
• I further understand that I should use caution and only practice to my own comfort level. I will discontinue any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
• I fully understand that the recommendations, ideas or techniques expressed and described in Yoga classes as well as in books and videos cannot be regarded as substitutes for the advice of qualified medical practitioners.
• I understand that I participate in all yoga classes at my own risk and that any loss, damage or injury or other mishap will not be the responsibility of the teachers. I can also confirm that I am 13 weeks or more pregnant before the start of the course.
• I will keep my yoga teacher informed with any changes in my pregnancy or physical health.
